Dark Ride exterior theme treatment of 2700 m2 of floor area.
The exterior of the attraction is designed to create a unique immersive experience for passengers as they approach the attraction. The surface of the attraction is designed to capture the imagination of passengers while providing a safe, durable and visually appealing surface.
The most important factor when designing the exterior of the attraction is safety. The surface must be designed to be non-slip and capable of withstanding the wear and tear of a large number of patrons. Possible surface materials include cement, pavers, asphalt, rubber flooring, sculpture and theming or a combination of these.
Regarding the design, the exterior presents a theme, which combines with the interior of the attraction. This could include themed walls with murals, sculptures, and other decorative items. The walls are designed to mimic the interior of the attraction, such as the winding pathways or the dark and mysterious feel of the attraction.
Lighting is used to create a sense of atmosphere. This includes uplighting, black light bulbs, interactive spotlights, backlights, and other creative lighting solutions.
In general, the exterior of the attraction must be designed to create an unforgettable experience for passengers and be safe and visually appealing.
